About Lindsay
#1 most important thing for me is building a solid, fun, and trusting relationship!
With a solid trainer/client relationship as the foundation the working out, fat loss, toning and achieving whatever goals you may have comes a lot easier and will be something to look forward to!
My hope is that by the bittersweet ending of your training we will have cultivated a lifelong transformation where fitness and healthy nutrition becomes enjoyable, fulfilling, and pours over into others lives.
I love being with people, getting to know them, and helping them to feel better from the inside out! Making others feel better is my purpose in life.
Health and fitness is my passion so it only makes sense that I want to share it with everyone!
The amazing thing about fitness is that it not only makes a person look better, the mental health benefits are unbelievable. As a previous mental health professional, I believe fitness and healthy dietary habits should be prescribed by doctors for everyone, especially those battling a mental or physical health ailment!
There are so many studies showing reduction in stress, depression, anxiety as well as increased mood, attitude, confidence.
And let's not forget the physical benefits; decreased risk of disease, decreased joint pain, improved flexibility, mobility and posture!
P.S. we can also work on mindfulness skills and/or refocusing on your values and purpose in life to make life more meaningful and even less stressful!
