About Vasudevan
I am a carnatic flutist. I learnt carnatic flute for 8 years and teach the same for past 10 years. I would like to teach others who are interested in learning flute and having passion towards carnatic music. I learnt it from my Guru Sri Kalpathy Krishnaiyyer,who was a radio grade artist.

I train the students at basic level ,to know and practice the blowing and fingering techniques for playing notes in carnatic flute. I teach Basic lessons including varisias in various ragas, geethams, varnams,kruthis, swarajathis,jathiswarams,ragalapana and techniques to play kalpana swarams for various level of students. Carnatic flute can be learnt at any age and it needs only regular practice and passion to become a good flutist.
I learnt it through traditional way of guru shishya methode from my Guru Shri. Kalpathy Krishnaiyyer.
