About Cherie
I'm Cherie, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. My love for fitness began four years ago and grew into a career. I care about each and every person I tutor like they are my clients. I want each person I work with to feel confident, knowledgeable, and have a positive experience working with me. I am patient, understanding, and will provide a space of no judgment. I am excited to assist anyone interested in fitness and nutrition!

My approach to teaching fitness and nutrition is to provide a simplified method to understanding nutrition and strength training. These subjects tend to be perceived as complicated when there is a better way of understanding it.
My methods will be discussion-based where we will explore topics like diets, macronutrients, and the human body. We will go over strength training form, injury prevention, and any other topics you would like to learn.
My lessons are for beginners, students studying for a personal training certificate, or anyone curious about fitness and nutrition.
