Those proficient in both languages will not only be able to communicate freely, capable of conversing with billions of people, but will also have access to the different ideological sources of the East and West, actively engaging with information sources, allocating resources between the East and West, seizing development opportunities, and standing on the splendid cultural achievements of their predecessors, becoming bilingual super talents in Chinese and English.
