About Isla
I have recently completed VCE year 12, doing English, general math, math methods, psychology, health and human development, and biology. I’m hoping to attend university next year and become a secondary VCE teacher. I work hard and am striving for high marks, I have 3 dogs.

I have had experience teaching/tutoring my fellow peers in subjects that I am strong at consistently throughout year 12.
Health and human development grade 1-12
Lessons I believe should range from 30-60 minutes depending on one’s attention span, because I understand that at the end of the session we often lose interest
I teach through showing students my technique that may be different to the teachers so that you as the student can have many options to choose from, then I ask you to complete a similar question, and we go from there depending-on the subject and if further assistance is needed. I’ll set a variety of work including notes, mind maps, mini tests/questions to get students to understand their subjects in whichever ways they find helps them best
