About Bruno
I am a New York City based Mexican-American composer studying at the Mannes School of Music under Christopher Cerrone . I have written music for various famous ensembles including Mantra Percussion, the Bergamot String Quartet, and the JACK quartet. In my free time I like to analyze scores.

For music theory:
I will asses you on your level of understanding. Then I’ll combine that with what you aim to learn to create personalized lessons for you. I can cover classical, jazz, and/or contemporary techniques. I will assign homework to put what is learned into practice. There will be textbooks that will be shared that will supplement the lessons.
For composition:
This will follow a very open format. The studebt will present work and I will provide feedback and answer questions and assist with problems. I will also give listening assignments and music analysis assignments.
