Photography & Photo-Editing Tutor
I help professional and amateur photographers develop their skills and create impressive projects and portfolios using a wide range of tools, from Adobe Creative Suite—including Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator—to open-source software like GIMP. I have extensive expertise in photo editing and retouching, guiding students through advanced techniques such as working with layers, colour correction, tone adjustment, cutouts, compositing, and producing polished, professional-quality images.
My lessons are tailored to your goals and cover all aspects of photography, including camera operation, composition, exposure, lighting, shooting techniques, file formats, and post-processing workflows. I work with students using all the main photography brands, including Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fujifilm, and Panasonic, helping you get the most out of your camera regardless of the model. I also specialise in both black-and-white and colour photography, helping you create striking monochrome images or vibrant, dynamic colour work that brings your creative vision to life.
I offer both one-to-one tuition for personalised guidance and small group lessons for collaborative learning, so you can choose the format that best suits your needs and learning style.
I hold a degree in Multimedia and Photography from the UPC Foundation Image Processing and Multimedia Technology Centre in Barcelona, as well as a degree in Art History, which allows me to bring knowledge of important photographers and major movements into my teaching. This helps students understand visual storytelling, composition, and aesthetic principles, inspiring them to create work with stronger artistic and conceptual impact.
I bring extensive professional experience working in photography and multimedia, collaborating with creative studios, businesses, and individuals on both commercial and artistic projects. I combine technical expertise, artistic knowledge, and creative guidance to help students of all levels achieve their photographic goals.
