I have always been a fitness freak since my high school days. Amirul is such a dedicated personal trainer. He always makes sure my form is correct and that I follow my meal plan accordingly. He’s always on time and gives extra tips on fitness and wellness. He also makes my fitness journey fun, not stressful. By the end of our sessions, I lost 9kg and can now train on my own.
