About Timothy

I tailor workouts to the athlete in front of me. I prefer to be on the court and in weight room with athletes who are looking to get stronger as well as improve their game. I can offer some nutritional guidelines that speed up the process in seeing success but more importantly tips that provide the body with the proper fuel to get better.

I got started by coaching at Carmel middle 8th grade assistant for a few years. I went on to head coach at creekside middle for the 7th grade. For the last 2 years I was assistant freshman coach at fishers high school.

I have trained as well as coached for the last 6 years.

I assess athleticism, strength, finishing, ball handling, and shooting. I then gather various exercises and techniques that meet the levels and move the athlete forward.

I have worked with all ages through various camps but I have mostly worked with 8th grade through collegiate athletes.

To be aware of what their strengths and weaknesses are so that the road to improvement has less mental road blocks.

I received recognition at our team banquet for being the coach that invest in and work with players the most.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
1) are they able to receive honesty?

2) are they willing to do the work?

3) are they capable of looking bad until they become better?

Typically I charge $1 a minute or $60 an hour. I am doing $50 an hour. If I am training on court and in weight room then that is a 90 minute session and I charge $75 for those. Small payment adjustment if I am traveling to the client.
