About Adam

I specialize in basketball fundamentals. I am a former collegiate and high school coach in football and am currently a GA for a collegiate college basketball program. Teaching basketball is my priority and am extremely well versed in the sport. My service stands out because of my attention to detail. The little things are what make a basketball player great and a lot of little fundamentals done right will ultimately lead to a big increase in performance. Also, I take character very seriously. I am well aware that an imbalance in character can cause negative events to occur on and off the court. So I pay special mind to these details, details which most coaches overlook. We must have a good foundation from which to build upon. And most importantly, I truly care about people. Most coaches coach just to win. But I think it is vital that the relationship between the coach and the player is a good one. I listen to the players wants and needs while doing my utmost to work with them to make their goals become a reality.

Everything. I love every aspect of it. From training, forming relationships, andachieving goals. There is nothing on this earth I would rather do more than Coach young people to become the best version of themselves that they can be.

I first perform an overall assessment to see where the player is at. We then take a look at where he/she must improve to be successful. I work with the player individually for practice and then have them perform "homework" drills that they can perform on their own. I also analyze game film and/or practice film to help identify habits that must be corrected. We take an organized approach to measuring performance to guarantee improvement.
