About Ben
Ever since graduating highscool, I've been passionate about fitness and have had a strong desire to help others in their fitness or athletic journey. I get the greatest joy of working with individuals to acheive their fitness goals or to be the absolute best athlete they can be. It is this desire and joy that lead me to pursue a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Florida Atlantic University. In addition to my education, I've been both a Men and Women's Varsity Basketball Coach for over 6 years. I've also been a personal trainer for both basketball and general fitness the last 2 years. I enjoy helping people become the absolute best versions of themselves in regards to their bodies, their athletic abilities and their overall confidence. I hope you are next.
Bachelors in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Florida Atlantic University.
6 years as a Varsity Basketball Coach, both men and women.
2 years as a Basketball/ personal trainer
Certified in CPR/First Aid
Currently pursuing a certification in Tactical Strength and Conditioning from the National Strength and Conditioning Association

First I want to inquire about any injuries that they might have, in order to gage what movements would be appropiate and to ensure that there is no pain while working with them. Next, I want to inquire about their history in regards to working out and training. I want to know what movements or exercises they are comfortable or familar with, in order to ensure the most successful training program possible.
