About Joy
I am a pharmacist for nearly 10 years with a PharmD degree. I have a strong background in chemistry, biology, physiology, and especially pharmacology. I am excellent at taking complex topics and simplying them for the student. Also, I am an author, online course creator, a mentor, and have taught several health-related topics online.
Additionally, I am a lay minister and incorporate biblical principles into my business practices. Also, I teach on how to receive healing from God.

About the lesson

After a general introduction, I assess their current level of understanding on the topic by asking them a few questions. Before I begin the lesson, I always ask them to pinpoint the area that they are most challenged in and we continue from there.
I typically prefer a two-way communication. When I teach on a topic, I ask my students questions to identify if the concept has been grasped or if I need to revisit the topic. Depending on the topic, I may create a short quiz to assess my student’s comprehension of the topic.
Additionally, I follow up on the progress of my students by contacting them after the session is over.
