About Andrea
At the end of my career in Contemporary Dance, I decided to specialize in rehabilitation and conditioning methods for dancers, but it did not take me long to fully introduce myself to Pilates because it is aimed at all people who seek physical well-being and improve their health in general, without distinction of gender, condition or activity.
I worked in specialized Pilates studios in Mexico City, Morelia, Villahermosa and New Zealand
Online classes in Mexico, the United States and New Zealand.
[N ] I will not hesitate to share with you advice on vegetarian or semi-vegetarian eating, nutrition and in general a way of life more attached to nature, if you ask me to do so :)

About the lesson

My classes focus on working all muscle groups, divided into warm-up, strength exercises, balance, control and flexibility; and finally a few minutes of breathing and meditation.
The purpose is that each one is different but provided that the student feels better when finishing it.
Levels: basic, intermediate and advanced.
Duration: 50 minutes
What we will need: mat, yoga mat or towel and water
Cost: $ 270 Mexican pesos per online class
$ 350 face-to-face and at home.
