I graduated last year and I have specific strength training, functional, bodybuilding and group gymnastics training courses on my CV. I continue studying every day and updating myself in new studies, covering as much as possible, to always be evolving as a professional!

About the lesson

I set up training according to each student. The type of training they like to do or if they like to vary the stimulus. Functional training, body building, aerobics, outdoor classes, mobility, stretching. We can maintain the standard or according to objectives!
