I started in level 1 and built myself up to level 3 with the nvq certificates to provide, i can teach the basics of bakery from breadmaking, confectionary making and chocolate work, Ive been baking since i was 9 so i have alot of knowledge in the bakery field, and my teachers would agree with that statement.

About the lesson

Each topic will be separated on different days so eg ( Monday- bread, Tuesday - cake ) And discuss the struggles in that area. Instead of giving a subject and setting work, i will question the things that are struggled with and help you to learn them instead of putting pressure on you.

If the lesson each time goes over 1 hour, a charge wont be added to you. But i charge atleast £10 an hour for one to one work.
