About Alina
Hello! I’m Alina, and I was born and raised in Russia, where I lived for my entire life before moving to the U.S. three years ago. I scored 98 out of 100 on the state exam in Russian language and 96 in Russian literature, proving my mastery of a language filled with intricate vocabulary and hidden meanings. I write poetry and love reading, and I’m passionate about creating engaging, fun lessons. Besides teaching, I enjoy rock climbing and surfing, and I truly believe that anyone can become a virtuoso in the Russian language, just as they can excel in sports.
