About Alice
I have been studying music throughout my education, I went to Chetham’s School of Music and I will be studying Musicology at Oxford University in 2021. Also, I have written several articles, projects and essays on various music topics.

My teaching method consists of looking at key works or genres in detail with students, making sure all aspects are covered. Starting with writing short paragraph analyses, working up to sophisticated essays if necessary. Encouraging critical listening will also be essential.

Alice is a friendly bubbly person who will make sure that you as a student will confidently succeed whilst feeling relaxed and cared for. Her playing on the saxophone is not only kept to just classical playing but expands out towards Jazz as well making her a versatile, all round saxophonist!!
