About Ansh

Hi, I’m Ansh, a 20-year-old fitness enthusiast from Ahmedabad. I’ve trained consistently for four years, so I know what it’s like to start from zero, stay motivated, and fix form mistakes the hard way. That’s why I coach beginners the way I wish I’d been coached: simple plans, clear form cues, and no fad diets.

I’m currently completing my ACE Personal Trainer certification, which means everything I teach is built on proven, science-based methods rather than gym myths. My sessions are friendly, focused, and tailored to your goal, whether that’s losing fat, getting stronger, or just feeling fitter.

Your first session is a free 45-minute trial. We start with a quick assessment of your goals, fitness level and any injuries. Then you get a beginner-friendly workout covering warm-up, strength, core and a short finisher, with clear form coaching throughout. Sessions are tailored to fat loss, strength or general fitness, and you leave with a simple plan to follow. I’m a 3-year dedicated trainee, currently completing my ACE personal trainer certification, and I coach at your home or a nearby park in Ahmedabad.
