About Holly
I’m a post-grad student of 22 who lives and breathes for gym.
My whole life has been surrounded by friends and family who are incredible athletes, as well as those who just appreciate a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
With both of my parents being competitive athletes (my mom is a bodybuilder and my dad is a power lifter), I’ve seen the delicate ins and outs of the sports. I’ve been privileged to see the patience and dedication it takes, but also to see how intrinsic fitness becomes iwhen you learn to love it.
My goals are to be able to introduce you to the intricacies as well as the overall effect fitnes can have on your life.

Each lesson will be both learning and communication.
With beginning lessons aiming to understand your goals and fitness levels, and later lessons being there for check-ins on progress and any updates/queries.
Lessons will cover exercise basics, such as form, weights, nutrition and mindset.
It’s a safe space for anyone of any fitness level. My only goal is to help you create a lasting lifestyle of healthy habits!
PS: I specifically love plant-based diets and am incredibly passionate about showing people the power of plants!
