About Samuel
Staying active has always been a part of who I am. Over the years, I’ve explored a variety of sports including skiing, football, and more recently, bouldering. I also enjoy running, home workouts, gym-based strength training, and pretty much anything that keeps me moving. I believe fitness should be tailored to you. That’s why I create personalised training programmes based on your unique goals, lifestyle, and current fitness level. My approach is supportive, motivational, and focused on making every session enjoyable. I’ll challenge you when needed, but I’ll also make sure there’s energy, variety, and fun—because fitness shouldn’t feel like a chore. It should be something you look forward to. Let’s work together to build a stronger, healthier version of you.
