As a personal trainer and mental health advocate, I specialise in helping clients build both physical and mental strength through functional and weight-lifting approaches. My journey began when I found myself 20 kg overweight and struggling with my own mental health. With determination and support, I turned my life around, rediscovering confidence and well-being through fitness. Now, as a level 3 PT and mental health volunteer, I combine my personal experiences with professional expertise to inspire and guide others on their path to better health.
