About Freda
Mexican dancer graduated from: Scenic Creators Training Program of the contemporary dance company Fóramen M. Ballet. In 2014 she is a beneficiary of the "Program for the Stimulation of Creation and Development" in the state of Morelos with her individual artistic training project entitled: "Nakayótlanomani", thanks to which she attends the International Winter Dance Workshop in January 2015 Modern Cuban He has performed around Mexico and abroad with the performing arts companies: Fóramen M. Ballet, Edwin Salas Performance Studio, Poc Impulse, Hebra construction in movement and Beznei Collective. His language and practice are influenced mainly by: mixed techniques of contemporary dance, flying low, passing through, moving air, yoga, crossfit, painting, video and photography. His work as a dance film maker has been exhibited at: "FORM Festival" in Vancouver, Canada; She has participated as a painter in the collective exhibition "Si el ojo fuera mar" at the Museum of the City of Cuernavaca, both exhibitions in 2016. Artist resident in HKICAROS (Hong Kong International Collective Artist in Residency for Opportunities and Sustainability) during the month of May 2017, participates as a dancer and choreographer at the 2nd "Hong Kong International Choreography Festival" HK, China, June 2017.
