Hi, I’m Ellisha! A certified Reformer Pilates teacher with a deep love for mindful movement and meaningful connection. With a background in yoga, dance and communications, I blend technique and mindfulness to create flows that feel like therapy for the body and soul.

My goal is to make you feel seen, supported, and deeply restored, all while building strength, flexibility, and confidence in a cozy, welcoming space I call home.
