About Amaka

My name is Amaka Ekezie. Ive always had a passion for imparting knowledge and teaching. Later on, I took on the path to being a pro-Chef. Now, as someone who’s worked as a career Chef for sometime, I find that my greatest strength lie in teaching others the ropes of the profession.

About the lesson

As a chef, I give my students a feel of the practical hands-on training. Although lessons are virtual, I do my best to make sure that my students will get a full grasp of all that is being taught and will also offer guidance in the case that they need to practice what they have learned.
My lectures are very interactive and I learn from the students just as much as they learn from me.
