About Kerry

I am a qualified social worker with over 20 years' experience within safeguarding of adults and children. I am passionate about the development of social work practice and love being able to educate and support students to develop their knowledge, confidence and practice. I currently work as a practice supervisor and am supporting a social work apprentice with her practice and studies which involves weekly reflective supervision and oversight and supervision of a small caseload.

About the lesson

Lessons tailored to individual needs using real life anonymised case studies in order to understand and apply policy to everyday practice and build confidence within the field. Lessons should be person centred and interactive and help to develop Continuing Practice Development CPD. Lessons can be used as a peer reflective and count towards CPD.
