About Gladia
I've started my training at 6 y.o. with ballet. As the time went by I opened my horizons to other style of dance such as contemporary and urban dance. In the last few years I played Carmen in the adaptation of the George Bizet's Opera where i am actually acting and dancing.
I am a member of two dance companies (Nagan prod. & CTBL) and I also work as a soloist for TV programs and events.
In these last few years I have taught to children, teens and adults.Thanks to my skills I managed to adapt my classes according to the requirements of the students.

My name is Gladia and I am here to help you develop your own training. My teaching method is simple, fast and effective. I will be here to guide you to a better knowledge of your body and to help you achieve your goals. My teaching method is a mix of techniques taken from ballet, contemporary, Yoga and Pilates; disciplines that I personally use for my dance training.

An interview would be scheduled to better know each other and start this adventure together.
With the help of an external naturopath; a dietary follow-up and Bach Flower can also be added to your formula.

Perfect! Gladia est une prof de follie ! Que je recommande pour son professionnalisme , sa bonne humeur ! Son talent.... c est la première fois que j attends mon heure de sport avec impatience ... je suis toujours pressée d être au prochain cours ! Tout y est : cardio , abdo fessiers , étirements ... c complet et le tt en musique !!!
