About Michelle
Michelle discovered the transformative power of Pilates through her background in dance and sports, where it became an essential tool for elevating her performance and unlocking her full movement potential and addressing chronic back pain.
Inspired by her own journey in movement, Michelle stepped into the role of instructor with a deep sense of purpose. She believes that everyone deserves to move freely, feel strong, and live without limitation. Her mission is to meet each client where they are and guide them toward their highest potential through intentional, transformative Pilates classes — because when we move better, we live better.

In my lessons, the focus is entirely on your unique movement journey. Whether you are recovering from a chronic injury, looking to cross-train for sports, or simply wanting to move without pain, I tailor every session to your body’s needs that day.
What a typical session looks like:
Foundational Focus: Grounding ourselves in the Pilates principles of centering, concentration, control and breathing
Intentional Movement: Move through a flow designed to build strength and flexibility while prioritizing proper alignment
Education-based Cues: Explaining the ‘why’ behind the movement to develop body awareness.
I believe Pilates is for every body. My classes are a judgment-free zone where we celebrate what your body can do while working steadily toward what it will do. Let’s work together to help you move better so you can live better.
