I'm Ryan, an online fitness and bodybuilding coach with over 10 years of experience helping people transform their training, nutrition, and lifestyle. I hold a certified coaching qualification through J3 University and have spent years working hands-on with clients to build structured programmes that actually deliver results. All done via kahunas app. I design fully personalised nutrition and workout plans with your goals in mind. Weekly check ins and program updates when they are needed. I offer constant support through the app where you can message me anytime.
