About Adam
I am a future Physiotherapist (Physiotherapist) who all my life has had a great need for physical activity and the latter part of my life I have explored different ways to improve my physical and mental health for a satisfying and long life.
After a couple of months of working from home in the pandemic, I started to feel unusually stiff. I refused to feel so limited and found an education in something called Gravity Yoga. Immediately after I received my certification, I started holding sessions for colleagues and clients and have now worked with everything from young Thai boxers to older office workers.
Deep stretching or Yoga for mobility is a tool I use and experiment with daily. So far I have not found anything that makes my body feel so young and free and I want to help others experience an everyday life free from limiting pain and stiffness.

Yoga for mobility
• To stretch muscles where the goal is increased mobility, time is required during passive stress. We achieve this through long poses where we use the breathing to make our muscles relax and lengthen with the help of gravity.
• The class consists of a relaxation from everyday life and warm-up (5 min), mobility yoga (50 min) and relaxation (5 min).
• The lessons are suitable for all ages and experience as the yoga poses are adapted to current mobility. The lessons also include personal coaching for individual goals such as. to get rid of neck pain or increase range of motion for a better squat)

Känner Adam via jobbet där han varje vecka håller i en yoga/strech på 30 minuter.
Adam är grym på att anpassa träningen till gruppens behov och samtidigt förklara varför träningen utförs på det vis det gör. Jag rekommenderar därför Adam till alla målgrupper.
