About Rakshita

I've been following zumba since 4 years for my own fitness and now I wish to help people in being fit, active and healthy. I take this class for a month on weekdays i.e from Monday to Friday, for one hour. Timing is based as per your convenience. For better results one should continue doing zumba for 3 months atleast.

About the lesson

The program involves total body toning. It helps you de-stress and help you maintain good cardiovascular respiratory system. One of the greatest thing about this program is anyone can join. The upbeat songs and fast-paced dancing aids in the release of endorphins, so you can dance away your stress, burn calories and leave the class feeling happier.
