About Ingrid
Certified in Miami in 2016, student of the Zumba pioneers and the creator of Zumba himself, Beto Pérez.
I studied Jazz and Contemporary Dance since I was 10 years old.
I was born and raised in Mexico until I was 18 years old where I moved to the USA, living in different cities which has helped me to practice different rhythms and music.

I help you to have intention in what you do in order to generate results not only in class, but in your life. I bring you all the flavor and passion from the heart and the mecca where Zumba was born, Miami, Florida. Latin and international rhythms where you will learn to dance, connect with your body, your heart and your happiness, and tone your whole body.
My classes are intense, fun and will fly by. You will burn more than 600 calories.
In a single class you will learn: merengue, bachata, reggaeton, Colombian cumbia, Mexican cumbia, salsa from different countries, quebradita, Brazilian music, pop, rock, flameco, soca among other international rhythms!
