About Alex
Hello! My name is Alex, and I’m a certified language teacher with over 15 years of experience helping students master English and Russian.
I hold a university degree in English and Russian from Rostov State Pedagogical University (Faculty of Slavic and West European Philology) and specialized qualifications in Teaching Russian as a Foreign Language from RUDN University, Moscow. I’ve also earned an EF SET Certificate at the C2 Proficient level (79/100), confirming my mastery of English at the highest international standard.
My teaching journey began in 2000, and since then I’ve worked with students of all ages and backgrounds — from young children in language clubs to adult professionals in large corporations. For seven years, I taught at the Moscow Metro Educational Institution, where I trained over 2,000 employees, helping them gain confidence and fluency in English for their work and daily communication.
I’m passionate about what I do, and I truly care about my students’ progress. I believe that learning a language should be an enjoyable, supportive experience — not a stressful one. That’s why I create a relaxed atmosphere in my lessons, adapt to each student’s pace, and celebrate every step forward, big or small.
When I’m not teaching, I enjoy reading, exploring new cultures, and spending time with people who, like me, believe that language opens doors to new worlds.

I believe that learning a language should be natural, enjoyable, and practical. That’s why I use the communicative method in my lessons — we focus on real communication from day one. You won’t just memorize grammar rules; you’ll actually use the language in meaningful conversations and real-life situations.
