About Emily
Hi, I’m Coach Emily.
Boxing has taken me around the UK and across the world, training national, European and world champions. It introduced me to incredible people, and taught me lessons that reach far beyond the ring. Those are the lessons I now want to pass on.
I’m an England Boxing Level 2 Coach, Performance Development Coach, Female Athlete Specialist and Mindset Mentor. My passion isn’t just helping people become better boxers. It’s helping them become more confident, disciplined and resilient in every part of life.
Whether you’re a complete beginner, an amateur boxer or preparing for competition, every session is built around you and your goals. I’ll help you develop your technique, boxing IQ, fitness, confidence and mindset while making sure you enjoy the process along the way.
I believe boxing has the power to change lives. It teaches you to stay calm under pressure, trust yourself, overcome setbacks and keep moving forward when things get tough. Those qualities don’t stay in the gym. They follow you into everyday life.
My goal is simple. To help you become the best boxer you can be and an even better version of yourself.

Whether you’re stepping into boxing for the first time or preparing for competition, my coaching is tailored entirely to you.
As an England Boxing Level 2 Coach, Performance Development Coach, Female Athlete Specialist, and Mindset Mentor, with international experience, I help people develop far more than just their boxing skills.
My coaching focuses on:
* Boxing technique and fundamentals
* Footwork, movement and ring IQ
* Strengthening confidence and mindset
* Tactical and technical development
* Competition preparation
* Female athlete performance
* Fitness and conditioning
* Pad work and boxing-specific drills
* Goal setting, accountability and performance development
I coach complete beginners, amateur boxers, competitive athletes and those looking to improve their fitness through boxing.
Sessions are available online worldwide or in person where available. Every programme is personalised to your goals, whether that’s learning to box, preparing for competition, building confidence or reaching your full potential.
