I've have had many lessons with Mr Moses he litreally tailored his lessons and teachings specifically for me to help me develop my health and discipline. He is very ongoing and friendly super easy to talk to not only a great teacher but also a great listener in general he has a uplifting and motivating personality.

He is my current boxing trainer and he is very good. Firstly he is a semi professional boxer and has done many competitions in boxing. Hence he has an extended knowledge of the industry and different boxing techniques. He is able to train you for competitions or just to teach you the sport/ keep you fit - your choice. He is easy going, kind and very attentive to the student’s goals and motivations. Still, once the training session starts he is very strict and tries to bring out the best ouf of you (even if you think you can’t finish the exercise he will motivate you very well!). I can say that I saw very quickly very good results from his sessions and he is better than some coaches I tried in boxing centres.
