About Arun Pratap
I am an Engineer from ECE background from M. S. RAMAIAH INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, Bangalore.
I learned the combat sports, Boxing + BJJ, during college, and have won a bronze medal at inter-college boxing tournament, Bangalore.
Boxing is something that just doesn't make you look cool or helps you to get fit, but at the same time makes you get stronger mentally as well.

I concentrate on the warm-ups to make the body more flexible and then focus on the basics of stance.
Later I move to the moves and the combos.
With hourly tutorials, I have a step-by-step process to master the skills over time.

4. Shadowboxing
5. Combos
Warmups are ad hoc before the starting of every training session.
This art of self-defence is something that must be learnt by every person regardless of gender. (Much recommended to people in the age group of 20-30s)
