About Nacho
I have been practicing this sport for over 15 years, and I am passionate about it. I have competed on multiple occasions and have learned a great deal from my coaches, both national and international. All of this has given me the knowledge necessary to teach others, sharing the passion I feel for boxing.

About the lesson

- Private 1-hour training sessions, explaining technique and fundamentals from the ground up. Giving special emphasis on the fitness aspect.
- The sessions will be structured in 4 parts: initial warm-up, exercises, physical conditioning, and cool-down + stretching.
- The sessions are aimed at adults of any level and are designed so that no equipment is necessary.

I’ve been training with Nacho for a few sessions now and the progress has been amazing. His boxing workouts are intense but well-structured, and he really pays attention to technique, not just conditioning.
Even though it’s online, he corrects form clearly and keeps me motivated every session. I feel stronger, faster, and more confident overall.
