About Kseniia
I am a graduate of the Art and Design Academy in Russia, where I studied Interior Design and graduated with honors.
My own journey as an artist is quite unusual: I learned to draw in just one year, was admitted to the Academy as the top-ranked student on a fully funded place, graduated with distinction, and then began working independently as an artist and teacher.
Art has also taken me around Europe - thanks to drawing and painting, I was able to move to Italy, and I now live and work in Portugal!
I have 8 years of experience as an art teacher and work with students of different ages and levels: children, adults, and students preparing for art school or university entrance exams. I also teach groups and conduct creative workshops and art therapy sessions.

Lessons are one-to-one, so the entire session is focused on the student's needs.
For online classes, we use video communication and I guide the student through the process step by step. I can demonstrate techniques, explain the principles behind them, and give feedback throughout the lesson.
For in-person lessons in Porto, we can work with traditional drawing and painting materials in a comfortable, relaxed environment.
Before starting, I like to understand the student's experience and goals so that we can choose the most suitable program and materials.
You don't need to be "good at drawing" to start - curiosity and a willingness to learn are enough!
