About Vincent

Vincent Brown has 18 years of experience in Wing Chun Kung Fu. Originally training in the birthplace of Australian wing chun: Adelaide, South Australia at the International Wing Chun Academy. He trained as a full-time martial arts student, completing a certificate II in Sports Coaching specialising in Wing Chun Kung Fu. He is a Level 2 instructor with the Australian Wing Chun Federation. In addition, he has also completed a Certificate III in Fitness, which is one of the Australian requirements for personal trainers. Since moving to London 9 years ago he continues to train in Chu Shong Tin lineage Wing Chun, paying regular visits to train with masters in Australia and around Europe. Additionally, he actively trains as a beginner in Brazilian Jujitsu (BJJ), and enjoys finding ways to apply Wing Chun principles to ground fighting.

About the lesson

Qualified with the Australian Wing Chun Federation and registered instructor with the BMABA, Vincent has trained with top Wing Chun instructors around the world, in Australia, Europe, and Hong Kong. Learn to deliver power without using muscular strength, while also learning practical self-defence skills tailored to you.

I’ve been struggling with starting some physical activity for a long time and finally I decided to try something different, hoping to don’t stop after few sessions as usual.
Vincent gave me the necessary step that I needed in my fitness journey and I can finally say that I manage to stick to it after years and years of trying. He is patient and understands your limits, making sure to create a training that is meant for you and your needs! I’d give more than 5 stars if I could, highly recommended!
