About Aamos

I am a martial practitioner who’s been training in both Muay Thai, Jujitsu, and other combat sports for over 10 years. I love teaching whatever I learn and sharing my experience with people. I feel like combat sports is a skill that everyone should learn. And I’m here to help you learn and get better at it.

About the lesson

No matter what you’re into or what your level of physicality is, you can always get into sport and you can always be good at it. Just need consistency and I’m here to help you with technique and consistency and keep you accountable.
